health prevention


In the society many illnesses come from of unconcern and the poor information that the people have about how they have to take care themself and how they can to prevent an illnesses. So is important that the people can get information of the prevention, therefore the persons who have to give a guide of information are the health professionals.
There are many ways to prevent the illness in society. The principal way is to inform ways of pretention through the midia, for example Television, Radio, Internet, etc. In media we can watch the winter campaign of Health ministery, in that they show the way how to take care children of sinior , the way that you take care yourself, etc. They say that you must wash you hands very often especially when you come from the street or when you go to eat, also they say you for example that if you sneeze you must cover you mouth with your arm.
There are many camaigns of prevention for differents illness like, the "sincicial" virus or Hepatitis, in that cases the goverment give out vaccines of that illnesses and prevent that meny people get sick.
In Home the prevention is simple, first control yourself of how you eat, don't eat many garbage foods, and many sweet food, etc.
As Physical therapyts we must promote the health prevention. We can inform people in hospitals, clinics, Medical Centers, Schools, Sports complex, etc. The way, in case of the children we have to teach to the mothers the better way that they have to take care of them or with people that have physical problems like fractures, or arthritis, atrosis, etc, teach what are the better form that they have to move in their normal life with the objective that avoid injurys in their bodys and they can carry out their normal activities.

Male-female

My point of view is that the roles of men and women are changing a lot, for example now de women are leaving the home and go to work or go to study, many of them are becoming Presidents, managers of big companys, etc.
Before in the past women are condemned to stay in home and clean the house, wash the dishes and clothes and that was their rol. Now Is different, they can study, work, leave the house early for living alone. Now the oportunities and rights of men and women are the same. However regrettably still in some places the women is discriminated, but I hope that that change soon.
I don't think that men have lost their place in society, woman had adquired rights and that is good, but I don't think that the men have to lose their place but men and women must have the same places in society .
The stereotypes obviusly determinate who you are, for example its freak that a men use a skirt. They determinate the way you talk, the way you dress, etc.
My vision of woman/man in society today is that is changing the rol of women, they now are more free, more independent, more valorated. The men understand that now the woman can do the same things that they can do in work, in home, etc.
In General I get along with best persons of the same sex of me because.
I don´t see any difference, I think that both sexes contribute to the development the area equally.

Food definitely a pleasure

My favourite food is ceviche.Ceviche is a Peruvian plate maked with fish and other sea foods. This fish is raw and is cooked in Lemon, moreover have potatos, onion and Chili.
In Santiago there are many Peruvian Restorants, for example in seminario Street in providencia I know two that are so Good.
Sometimes al feel guilty overcoat I'm not in a good fisical state because I think that i'm going to get fat jaja, but this think not happen very often. This food are for example hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza but overcoat the sweet food like cakes, ice cream chocolat, etc but luckily I prefer salad food, for example I prefer to eat a "empanada" instead of a piece of three milk cake.
I see in the students that de sweet food is cosumed quite a lot, like chocolat, cookies, etc. Also is so consumed The garbage food and fast food, likes "sopaipillas", hot dogs, hamburgers etc. In general a lot of student bring of their houses "prepared" foods that contains vegetables, meats, fish, potatos etc. I Think that this tipe of foods are better than the others because is more balanced and Don't have many lipids. They contribute in our development delivering the necesary nutrients of a normal body functioning.
The foods that are enemys of good health are the fast food or garbage foods and sweet foods but when this foods are consumed in excess.
My perfect diet consist in home made foods like beans, rice with meat, salads with lettuce, tomato, avocado, colyflower, onion, celery, etc. white meats like fish, chicken and mainly don't eat fried foods.
