I think that today is possible have a healthy lifestyle however sometimes is difficult take the time to do healthy things. For example I like to do physical activities and go to gym to do weightlifting etc, but de university activities steal you a lot of time, Since four weeks I haven't had time to go to gym of the Faculty where I usually go. Sometimes I have the time to go running but I'm so tired that I can't do that activities but despite that I know that if you order your normal activities you can do phyisical activities but y so difficult.
The habits that one person should have are firstly eat healthy an low calorie food, avoiding food with many fatty acids and many sugars, preffering vegetables, fruits and healthy meats like chicken or fish. Also this persons have to try to avoid eat so many barbecues that are so recurrent in parties or social mettings today and avoid drink a lot of alcohol because the drinks have an important calorie content. Second this person should
do physical activities three times a week at least , activities like running, aerobic sports like dancing, soccer, basketball, volleyball, or marcial arts too.

Would be perfect that they wear light clothing for realise dinamic activities but the most important thing is that the persons feels confortable and have a healthy lifestyle is the way to live more and be happy.

I think the more important thing is feel you quiet, relax and happy, beacuse if you don't have a good mind health your body neither is going to be okay.
