stress University
I understand stress as a condition in that you are under a contant tension caused by dierents activitis or events of work University life in where many diferents Phyisiological defense mechanisms reacts to threatening situations. A symthoms that helps to recognize the stress from the activity of the autonomic nervous system specifically the Sympathetic Nervous System that generate signs like tachycardia, mydriasis, taquiapnea, vasoconstriction, etc. Besides the body releases cathecholamines. All these mechanisms are developed by the body to increase the chances of survival in a near-term threat, not to be kept indefinitely, as happens in some cases. In medium Term the body spents a lot of energy in this processes and may appear differents disseases like, thrombosis, anxiety, depression, immune deficiency, muscle aches, insomnia, attention disorders, diabetes, etc. This diseases afects efficiency of the work or the study because the concentration, the motivation to do differents activities decreases and that cause that you can't do this things. The best way to deal this situation is taking a time to rest, to have a good time, to sleep, etc,also do physical Activities in summary respect your body :).
